Charging technology requirements;
1. The charging room should be equipped with necessary fire-fighting measures, and it is not allowed to store miscellaneous items inside the charging room.
2. Electrical appliances should be installed in ventilated, dry, dust-free, non corrosive gas free, and non strong electrical interference areas. The casing should be reliably grounded and preferably installed on a rack.
3. It is strictly prohibited for the charger to enter water
4. The input power supply is a single-phase 220V ± 5% V power supply. For a single set of batteries (8 units), the input conductive wire load surface is required to be no less than 4 square millimeters, and the power switch capacity should be 16A. For a double set of batteries (16 units), the input conductive wire load surface is required to be no less than 6 square millimeters. The capacity of the power switch should be 32A. It is recommended that users choose a power type air power switch.
5. The working environment temperature of the charger is between -10 ℃ and 40 ℃. The working environment cannot be exposed to rain outdoors. The necessary protective shed for working on rainy days.
6. Please do not block the cooling air duct of the charger, including the inlet and outlet, during use.
Charging instructions:
1. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the charger.
2. It should be placed in a safe, ventilated, dust-free, and rainless working environment, and the casing should be reliably grounded.
3. Please pack and store when not in use for a long time.
During the charging process, if the grid voltage is too high or too low, that is, outside the voltage range of 180V to 260V, the charger should be turned off. When the voltage reaches the normal working range, work can be resumed.
5. The vehicle battery and charger manufacturers have set up corresponding matching, so chargers of the same model can only be configured with the same type of battery model and cannot be mixed.
Charging preparation:
Before charging, the battery cover should be opened or the exhaust plug of the battery should be opened. The charging room should be well ventilated, and open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited to avoid explosions caused by excessive accumulation of hydrogen gas released by the battery during charging.
2. The voltage, current parameters, and charging curve of the intelligent charger have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Users are strictly prohibited from making unauthorized adjustments.
3. When the charger displays that the battery is fully charged, or before driving every day, use a density meter to check whether the electrolyte ratio in the battery is 1.28 ɡ/cm3. If it is abnormally high, the cause should be immediately identified. Users can adjust the electrolyte density to the normal range with purified distilled water at the end of charging.
When charging the battery, if there is a significant difference in voltage between individual batteries, the batteries should be removed from the battery pack for individual inspection and treatment. If a good battery of the same model is added to the battery pack, the battery pack can still be used. It is prohibited to use batteries of different models in the same battery pack.
Daily charging method:
Before and during charging, it is necessary to wear the handbrake, place the direction switch in neutral, turn off the switch (i.e. ignition lock), and remove the key. Because during normal charging, there is no display on the dashboard. The emergency power-off switch must remain in the open state.
1. Turn off the ignition lock after the vehicle enters the warehouse.
2. Open the seat cover and battery cover.
3. Separate the controller input plug from the battery output plug, and insert the charger output plug into the battery input plug. Note: (The battery plug is the output terminal when the vehicle is driving, and the battery plug is the input terminal when the vehicle is charging)
4. Insert the three-phase plug of the charger input into a 220V power socket.
5. Turn on the charger switch to the ON position, and the charger power light will display, the numbers will scroll, and the fan will rotate.
6. After being fully charged, the charger's full charge light will display, and the charger switch will be turned off to the OFF position.
7. Check the electrolyte level of each battery in every three compartments of the vehicle. If there is a shortage of liquid in a particular compartment, add distilled water to that compartment until the liquid level is visible. Then turn on the charger switch to ON for 1-2 hours, and turn off the charger switch to OFF. If there is no shortage of water, follow step 8.
8. Unplug the three-phase plug of the charger input terminal.
9. Unplug the charger output plug and plug the battery charging plug into the controller plug.
10. Tighten the battery cover and seat cover.
Charging balance method:
After using the battery for a month, it is best to press the balance switch before using it for a balanced charge. Connect the charging cable plug of the charger reliably to the battery cable connector, then connect it to AC power. After balancing the charging, manually turn off the device.
