① The front wheels should be equipped with tires of the same model, balanced, and with minimal wear;
After the rotation, the direction of the tire's rotation should be opposite to that before the rotation;
③ New tires must be used in pairs;
④ Inspect the wheel rim for cracks; replace if any are found.
Adjustment of front wheel toe-in
(1) Measurement of front wheel toe-in value;
Make a measurement mark at the height of the axle on both left and right front wheels. Measure the distance A between the left and right marks with a tape measure. Roll the front wheels forward half a turn so the measurement marks align with the rear and at the same height as the wheel axles. Measure the distance B between the left and right marks with a tape measure. The front wheel toe value = B - A (the normal value for front wheel toe should be maintained within 5-8mm).
(2) Adjustment of front wheel toe-in:
Loosen the lock nuts at both ends of the left and right tie rods, then symmetrically rotate them to adjust the length of the tie rods and set the toe-in, ensuring the lengths of the left and right tie rods are equal. After adjustment, tighten the lock nuts.
